Palworld Pal Fluids are a resource material you’ll have access to fairly early on if you know where to look. They are required if you want to construct the Hot Springs, one of the early objectives to level up your Palbox, which is likely why you’re here. Once you have the Hot Springs though, Pal Fluids are useful for crafting Cement, the Water Fountain, Celeray Gloves, and plenty of other buildings and gear.

How to get Pal Fluids in Palworld
Palworld Pal Fluids are dropped by specific water-type Pals when you kill or capture them. In the early-game, Pengullet is your best bet. These bright blue penguin-like Pals hang out near the water’s edge not far from the Grassy Behemoth Hills on the starting island, though you’ll find them near and in most bodies of water around the archipelago and along coastlines. Here’s the map location below.
Though they’re unlikely to dush you much damage, they move fast, especially when they spot you rushing at them. To avoid a long, drawn out chase, you’ve got two options: either craft a bow (recipe is available at level 3 in the Technology tab of your inventory) and pick them off from a distance, or crouch and sneak up to them and melee attack. They’ll drop two Pal Fluids if they are killed or captured, so either approach works.
Beyond Pengullets, here are the water-element Pals we’ve come across that also drop Pal Fluids:
- Celaray
- Fuack
- Kelpsea
- Surfent
- Teafant
Aside from Pengullet, Celaray are a strong early game option for getting Pal Fluids in Palworld. They look like giant sting rays and are blue and white. You’ll find them in the lake just northwest of the starting island. They move slowly and spawn in groups of 3 or 4, so you can farm 6-8 Pal Fluids from a single herd.
