Wondering how to harvest Acacia in Skull and Bones? To graduate to bigger and better ships, you’ll need to gather various resources scattered around the Indian Ocean. Among them, and the most important in the early part of the game, is Acacia Wood. When first visiting Sainte-Anne, the Shipwright will task you with harvesting this wood. But unlike Assassin’s Creed Black Flag, where much of the looting was done on land, materials are looted while steering your boat through tight channels and past decimated shipwrecks in Skull and Bones

Where to get Acacia in Skull and Bones
To get Acacia in Skull and Bones, you’ll need to harvest Acacia trees using the saw at locations marked on your map by a green tree icon. The Saw becomes available when you first visit Sainte-Anne and talk to the Carpenter as part of the Tools of the Trade contract. Once you have the saw, board your ship and set sail.
How to harvest Acacia in Skull and Bones
When you approach an Acacia tree icon, you’ll see a sparkling tree, which you can interact with (‘Harvest Acacia’) to start a mini-game. The game is fairly easy and the goal is to click/press when the saw passes over the green portion of the metre. You can land on yellow as well but the Acacia yield will be lower so always aim for green. You can miss the colour sections 3 times before you fail the mini-game.
You also find Acacia in Skull and Bones as loot out in the sea, but this is very much random so you’re better off harvesting from marked Acacia tree spots. If you’re looking for Acacia to complete the Tools of the Trade contract, we recommend aiming for the spot just northeast of Sainte-Anne in the small shielded lagoon.
