Is Skull and Bones on Steam? Ubisoft’s pirate adventure has arrived, launching both on PC and consoles, but try as you may, there doesn’t appear to be any sign of the game on Valve’s platform, by far the most popular digital storefront. That’s despite Ubisoft having a large portion of it’s back catalogue, including most Assassin’s Creed games, available to buy on Steam.

Skull and Bones on Steam

As it stands, Skull and Bones isn’t available on Steam. For PC players, the only way to play Skull and Bones is on Ubisoft Connect or the Epic Games Store. This doesn’t mean a Steam launch isn’t planned in the future but rather the game has yet to make its way onto Valve’s storefront. We’ll likely need to wait for the exclusivity deal with Epic Games to run out beforehand.

The Viking-themed Assassin’s Creed Valhalla launched on Steam roughly two years after its initial release in November 2020 on December 6, 2022. It’s reasonable to expect a similar time frame for Skull and Bones. The same goes for the more recent Assassin’s Creed Mirage, which isn’t available on Steam quite yet.

That’s all there is to know about Skull and Bones on Steam. We’ll update this page as soon as we hear more concrete news about a Steam release, which is in all likelihood a couple of years away. We also have guides covering how to get Dragon’s Back, where to find the Elder’s Cave, how to get Lime, and how to get Casting Sand, including a few easy farming spots.
