There will come a time when you need to know Houma Nara’s location. If you have been progressing through the game, you are most likely at the point where you need to track her down to continue your adventures. This character can only be found if you know where to find the manager at Palka Buta in Skull and Bones.
Where is Houma Nara in Skull and Bones?
Houma Nara is located in Palka Buta which is a port in the northeastern part of the map on the island of Telok Penjarah. Once you reach this location, locate the black market hideout in the back of the port. Houma Nara is the woman you speak to inside the black market building.
Skull and Bones Palka Buta location
Palka Buta is located in the northeast of Telok Penjarah in the northeastern corner of the map. This pirate den is similar to Sainte-Anne except it is located in the East Indies in the Indian Ocean. To reach this area, you will need to sail across the open seas. Keep in mind that this is a dangerous journey. We recommend you have a ship of at least rank eight or nine before making the journey out east and that you are Cutthroat level Infamy Rank.
Once you reach this area, you will have a permanent fast travel point that you can use here. Keep this in mind and use it to your advantage in the future.
Houma Nara location in Skull and Bones
Houma Nara is the manager of Palka Buta in Telok Penjarah. She can be found in the back of the building. From the dock, head to the back of Telok Penjarah where you can find the bar. From there, take the short walkway over to Palka Buta. You will see the sign for it from the bar area. This is also located to the east of the bounties board.

When you reach this area, you may not be able to interact with Houma Nara. She will become available as part of the main story after you’ve completed Scurlock’s quests. She is also one of the specific merchants that sells the Sambuk ship Blueprint. Alternatively, you can purchase the blueprints from the manager at Le Pont Muet to get access to the blueprints more easily. You need to be Corsair I infamy to obtain these blueprints.
