The best route to reach this location is to head southwest of Sainte-Anne to the Tenina Coast and round the bottom of the Red Isle. From there, head west across the Southwest Passage to Pilot Bay.

Once you reach Pilot Bay, navigate the channels to the northwest and take the route inland to reach Elder’s Cave. This is a fairly long route that will take you upwards of 20 minutes to complete.
