Qabiha’s hidden chamber book puzzle solution in the Assassin’s Creed Mirage The Serpent’s Nest quest is an important part of Basim’s game-spanning mission to uncover the Order’s leader in Baghdad. Follow Makira and you’ll eventually reach the library. There, you’ll find four stands placed on a balcony that runs around the edge of the library. You need to place four books you’ve looted from previous assassination targets in a specific order to unlock Qabiha’s hidden chamber.

Here’s how to solve the puzzle and put the books down in the correct order. For more help on your journey through 9th century Baghdad, check how to get Kong’s plate from Luca and the Assassin’s Creed Mirage quest list.

  • Blue

  • Black
  • White

The solution for the puzzle can be found in a readable text on a table at the foot of the stairs. It’s a poem entitled Ocean, Desert, Cobra, Dove. Each of the books Basim has found so far refers to one of these: ocean is the blue book, desert is the yellow, cobra is the black book, and dove is the white book. To unlock the hidden chamber, you’re placing each book down as it appears in the title of the poem.

After you’ve put down the books in that order, a movable shelf will shift out of the way, revealing a secret passage leading to Qabiha’s hidden chamber.
