How to heal and restore HP in AC Mirage
You can restore HP and heal in AC Mirage by pressing down on the D-Pad to consume one of your Elixirs, which will restore a significant amount of health. The second way to restore HP is to interact with food and other cooking pots in the world.
As you approach these pots or baskets of food, you will see a prompt appear above it saying to press Triangle to eat. Eating will restore a much smaller portion of HP than drinking an Elixir, but you only have a limited number of them to drink on the go. You should keep your Elixirs in reserve and only use them if you’re dangerously low on HP. There are tons of places you can find food to eat and restore little bits of HP as you explore. With that said Elixirs can be restored by visiting Traders and buying more there.
That’s all you need to know about healing and restoring HP in AC Mirage. If you want more, we have plenty of guides to read through, such as the solution to Qabiha’s hidden chamber book puzzle and the best skills to learn in AC Mirage.
