Looking for the Starfield Vanguard motto? The UC Vanguard are one of the major factions in Starfield, and are in charge of enforcing the law of the United Colonies. And during a particular quest, you’re going to have to show your knowledge of the organisation by answer a few questions, including about the UC Vanguard’s famous motto.

All Lou answers in Delivering Devils
During the Starfield Delivering Devils quest, you’ll be required to talk to Lou, a bartender in Cydonia on Mars. He’ll ask you a couple of questions in order to prove that you really are a member of the UC Vanguard. Here are the questions and the correct answers to give:
Question 1: What does the Vanguard motto ‘Supra et Ultra’ mean?
Answer: It’s in Latin and means ‘Above and Beyond.’
Question 2: What grade did you get on your entrance exam? A? C? D-plus?
Answer: The Vanguard entrance exam isn’t graded like that.
Once you’ve answered his two questions correctly, you can proceed on with the quest to find Percival.
What happens if you answer Lou’s questions incorrectly?
If you give Lou the wrong answer by mistake, there are no particular consequences. He’ll tell you that he know from the start that you were “full of it” and that he won’t help you. After this, you simply need to pressure him a bit until he reluctantly agrees to go along with your plan. So whether you answer him correctly or not, you will still be able to complete the quest.
