Taking on the Starfield Eyewitness quest? With the events of Delivering Devils fresh in the mind, it’s time to head back to New Atlantis for a debriefing, only for the Terrormorph threat to hit a little closer to home. It can be tough taking on multiple Terrormorphs back to back, so we’re here to help, taking you through the whole quest step by step.

If you haven’t checked out our Starfield tips and tricks, there’s plenty of great advice there to help you out. You’ll be taking on some powerful enemies during this quest, so make sure you stock up on ammo and get yourself some of the Starfield best weapons and Starfield best armor too. With that, let’s take a look at this Terrormorph quest and how to complete the Starfield Eyewitness mission.

Starfield Eyewitness: Speaking to Hadrian outside the UC building

Starfield Eyewitness walkthrough

Once you’ve completed the Delivering Devils quest, you can meet Hadrian outside the UC building in the New Atlantis MAST District. Hadrian will reveal a secret, that she is the clone of a man named Francois Sanon. After this, she will ask if you’re ready to face the cabinet, where you’ll have to convince all cabinet members in order to access the Xenowarfare files.

Starfield Eyewitness: Speaking to President Abello at the Cabinet meeting

Once you’ve headed inside and taken the elevator up to the United Colonies Cabinet chambers, you’ll be asked to explain the events that took place on the planet Tau Ceti II to President Abello and the others. Tell them the truth about the Terrormorph, and plead for them to take this threat seriously. They may begin reluctant, but eventually will be convinced.

Starfield Eyewitness: Picking up the EM weapon

As the conversation ends, the shutters over the windows will suddenly slam shut, with reports from the outside of a Terrormorph attack on New Atlantis. You and Hadrian will exit the building, heading outside to take the train to the spaceport. Outside, you encounter civilians that have been controlled by the Terrormorph’s pheromones and are attacking other people. Pick up a nearby EM weapon, equip it, and incapacitate them. Do not use a regular weapon, as killing them will upset the Cabinet.

Starfield Eyewitness: Fighting the first Terrormorph at the spaceport

Once you reach the spaceport, it’s time to take on the Terrormorphs so prepare for combat. Make sure to have med packs and ammo. Join the team of UC Security soldiers to take down the nearby Level 30 Terrormorph. Sergeant Yumi will then brief you on the situation, saying that there are more to take care of. Talk to the nearby Fireteam Leader, who will provide backup for you if you wish.

Alex’s Advice

Frag grenades can be a useful weapon for fighting Terrormorphs, dealing high damage from a safe distance. Make good use of them during these fights.

From here, head out and take down the remaining two Level 19 Terrormorphs. While they are a lower level, they still have high defenses and are bullet sponges, so be careful. If possible, target their weak spot on their back, and use radiation damage which they are weak to. Once defeated, head back to the Cabinet who will admit that you were correct, and that more needs to be done to prevent future attacks from these alien creatures.

Starfield Eyewitness rewards

For completing the Eyewitness quest, you will be rewarded with 12000 Credits and 350 XP. You will also unlock access to the next part of the UC Vanguard questline, the Friends Like These mission.
