We’ve trawled through the Rise of the Ronin subreddit character creator mega thread to find these glorious specimens. If you want to use one of them, all you need to do is enter the character code and then apply it to your character in the menu.

This can only be done once you’ve unlocked the first Longhouse in Yokohama, which is part of the main story mission. The character creation codes are case-sensitive, so make sure you take care inputting them.

How to use character creation codes

Now you’ve picked out the perfect creation, you will want to apply it to your character. We have tested each of the character codes above, but there are reports that some aren’t working correctly. The best thing to do is pay attention to the case of each letter.

To input a code, simply go to your Longhouse and choose Relax. In here, select Change Appearance. When you get into the character creator, move down the menu to the Options tab. When you open this, you will see the tab labelled ‘Input Code’. Select this and then manually input the character code you want.

If successful, you will be given a chance to save the creation so you don’t need to input the code every time. Choose the saved appearance and select ‘Apply appearance’ and you will now have the character loaded. Whether you want to further tweak them or use them how they are is up to you, but the options are all available to you.
