The Tears of the Kingdom Kamatukis Shrine puzzle solution and walkthrough

As you walk in, you’ll see a large metal cube, an orb, and a pillar hanging from the ceiling. Use Ultrahand to pick up the block and attach it to the end of the pillar to make a sort of makeshift pendulum. In the distance, you’ll notice a large platform with a hole in it to put the orb into.

Stand behind the pendulum and lift it up using Ultrahand. Line up the pendulum with the hole for the orb to go into, and drop the pendulum. It will swing forwards and knock the orb across the gap and hopefully into the hole. It’s hard to gauge how high to lift the pendulum so this may require a few tries. If you’re over- or under-hitting the orb, try lifting the pendulum lower or higher as necessary. Take a look at the picture of us doing it to get a rough idea of how high to lift it.

Once you’ve got the orb in the hole, the gate to the Shrine will open. Before going in, head to the left and you’ll find another room with the same materials in. Build your pendulum as before. In this room, the target is much closer, but is also moving. Lift up your pendulum and line up a shot directly in front of you. Try and time letting go of the pendulum so that the orb is hit as the platform is moving past. Again, take a look at our picture for a rough idea of how high you should lift the pendulum.

Once the orb is in the hole, a door will open on the left of the room, where you’ll find a treasure chest containing a Mighty Zonai Longsword. Once you’ve got that, head back to the main room and head to the Shrine on the right-hand side of the room. Interact with the Shrine to receive your Light of Blessing.

The Tears of the Kingdom Kamakutis Shrine is all about trial and error, so don’t be discouraged if you don’t get it on your first few tries.
