When you enter the Shrine, you’ll see a big room with a ring of braziers around a central platform. To the right of this, you’ll see a small raised platform, with a spinning fan on the ground next to it. Use Ultrahand to pick up the fan and attach it to the top of the central platform.

To the left of the platform is a small obelisk glowing yellow with electrical charge and a sheet of metal. Pick up the metal and place it on top of the two circular markings on the ground next to it to connect the electricity from the obelisk to the fan. This will start spinning the fan, creating a gust of wind and updraft.

Climb the raised platform to the right of the fan and jump on, using your paraglider to fly upwards. Glide over to the far right corner of the room to find a treasure chest containing a Mighty Zonaite Shield. Return to the fan, and this time glide to the far left corner to find three Flame Emitters. Turn off the one that’s on, and throw them all down below.

Remove the metal sheet to turn the fan off. Using Ultrahand, connect the Flame Emitters to the top of three of the blades of the fan. Go to the side of the fan with no Flame Emitter and hit the fan to turn the flames on, or simply use an arrow instead. Put the metal sheet back on to turn the fan again and it will spin around, lighting all of the torches in quick succession.
