Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Data Terminal locations

Knowing the Phantom Liberty Data Terminal locations is crucial for hoovering up Relic Points. Scattered around the new district, these dataterms containing operation data, combat logs, and more useful intel can be tricky to find, even when you’re actively keeping an eye out, and are often hidden away.

To save you a time-consuming treasure hunt, you’ll find all the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Dogtown Data Terminal locations below. Once you’ve gathered up some Relic Perk Points, refer to the new Relic Skills Tree to see how you spend them to get new Relic Perks beef up your Mantis Blades, Monowire, and Gorilla Arms, or unlock Vulnerabilities.

It’s also worth noting that Songbird will give you a total of six points throughout the main story, specifically during the Dog Eat Dog and Birds with Broken Wings main quest jobs.

Here are the locations of the Phantom Liberty Data Terminals in Dogtown:

Above the Capitan Caliente Restaurant

Found near the top of the building housing Capitan Caliente in the centre of Dogtown not far from the Golden Pacific terminal fast travel point. Facing the restaurant, take the stairs on the left of the building. At the top, take a right then a left, then another right. Walk straight until you see a hanging platform. Jump up to it and continue up. Follow the ledge round to the left. Run across the bridge to the Capitan Caliente building.

To the right of the building is a ledge you can jump down to. Follow it around to the back of the building, then jump up to find the Data Terminal. Watch out for the mine at the top. A good time to grab this one is during the Lucretia My Reflection quest.

Below the HFS building

The Data Terminal is in a short underpass that runs underneath the HFS building in the southeast of Dogtown. Fast travel to the Luxor High Wellness Spa terminal and follow the road southwest until you’re below the HFS building.

There, you’ll find the Data Terminal in a small alcove cut into the building guarded by scavs.

Kress Street fast travel point

Next to the Kress Street fast travel point. Face the Kress Street terminal and head right into the covered alleyway.

The terminal is against the wall on the left.

EBM Petrochem Stadium

Hidden behind some scaffolding at the back of the market in EBM Petrochem Stadium. Your best option here is to head to EBM Petrochem Stadium terminal fast travel point then go north through the market and into the larger hall with the Militech tank.

Climb the stairs on the other side of the tank and go up the shorter flight of stairs ahead of you. The Data Terminal is on your right through a crawl space next to three silver statues of football players.

Increased Criminal Activity zone near Kress Street

In a control room deep underground as part of the Increased Criminal Activity zone in the southwest of Dogtown. Head to the Increased Criminal Activity marker located between the Kress Street and Longshore Stacks fast travel points.

Defeat the enemies in the starting area, then go into the depot and underground into the tunnel. Where the path opens up there’s a control room on the left. Inside in the Data Terminal.

Increased Criminal Activity zone near Terra Cognita fast travel point

On the top floor of the Increased Criminal Activity building (‘mercy is for the weak’ is written in red above the entrance) near the Terra Cognita terminal fast travel point in the south of Dogtown.

As you enter the building and face the spaceship hanging from the ceiling, the Data Terminal is on your left and up in a room on the third floor. The place is crawling with scavs and a mini boss so be cautios.

Increased Criminal Activity zone near Luxor High Wellness Spa

Beam into the Luxor High Wellness Spa fast travel point, cross the road and enter the building with ‘VB territory’ marked on the front. Once inside the hideout, head up the stairs and take a left into a large hall.

The data terminal is on the opposite side of the hall ahead of you. You’ll have tons of Voodoo gang members and a mini-boss to contend with so be on your guard.

Yellow Brave Atlas building

On the second floor of the multistory concrete parking lot attached to the yellow Brave Atlas building in south central Dogtown.

Head up the stairs to the second floor and take a left. The Data Terminal is just ahead of you against the back wall past the abandoned car surrounded by abandoned furniture.

Building Opposite the Heavy Hearts Club

On the second floor balcony of the large skyscraper opposite Mr. Hands’ Heavy Hearts Club pyramid building. If you haven’t stumbled on the club yet, beam into the Golden Pacific fast travel terminal, and head northeast, you can’t miss it. Stand at the club entrance and look north, cross the road ahead of you, and head for the skyscraper on your right.

Go up the stairs at the foot of the concrete bridge connecting the building to the club, take a left at the top, and follow the balcony round. The Data Terminal is on the right as you go around the corner.
