The Tomorrow Never Knows quest tasks you with tracking down the Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty Tarot card locations across Dogtown. Some are relatively easy to find and you’ll come across them organically during Phantom Liberty’s story, while others involve a bit more work.
As the title suggests, we’ll walk you through where to find all four of the Phantom Liberty Tarot cards. For more help during your time in Dogtown, learn how to get Relic Points, how to shut off the steam in the Phantom Liberty Lucretia My Reflection quest, and check out the Phantom Liberty quest list to get a sense of what there is to do in the district.
Here are the location of all four Phantom Liberty tarot card locations:
King of Pentacles
On the wall in the hallway outside the Kress Street hideout. It’s the first tarot card you’ll come across in the Phantom Liberty DLC after saving President Myers.
The best time to scan the mural is during the Lucretia My Reflection quest. Spend the night in the apartment, then head out on your way to the Capitan Caliente Restaurant. It’s on the left-hand wall of the hallway before you turn right to reach the elevator.
King of Wands
Tagged onto the bottom of a concrete staircase next to the outdoor amphitheatre-turned-basketball- court in the southeast of Dogtown. Make your way to the higher southern portion of the district and head to the location on the map below.
We recommend using the scanner on this one as part of the Phantom Liberty’s main story quest Lucretia My Reflection. Reed summons you to the basketball court for a chat.
King of Swords
In an alley next to The Moth Bar (the one owned and run by Alex) in the Longshore Stacks. Face The Moth and take the alley to the right of the bar. Continue straight past the stacks of white Militech crates.
The tarot graffiti is on the wall next to a short flight of stairs and a door leading to The Moth’s basement where you plan missions with Solomon Reed and Alex. You can grab it once after visiting the boiler room for the first time and completing the Get It Together main job.
King of Cups
On some fencing near the entrance to the EBM Petrochem Stadium. To reach it, beam into the Stadium Parking fast travel point and take the path on the right-hand pavement. The tarot graffiti is on a portion of the fence, specifically a piece of scaffolding, on the right. You can grab it when you meet Songbird for the first time near the stadium entrance during the Dog Eat Dog main job.
After finding all four, you’ll get a new objective for the Tomorrow Never Knows quest that tasks you with visiting Misty to ask about the new tarot cards. Head over to Misty’s Esoterica shop in the Little China part of Watson (the same as in the base game tarot quest) and choose the ‘Gotta wrap my head around this’ dialogue option when it pops up to complete the job.
