Penicillin X is a consumable item in Starfield. In Starfield, consumable items are single-use items that provide some form of restorative or enhancing effect for the player. They can mostly be found under the 'Aid' category in the inventory.

Penicillin X effect in Starfield
The Penicillin X item treats infections, similarly to Antibiotics, but also boosts your total O2 capacity. On consuming Penicillin X, your O2 capacity will increase by 20 for 2 minutes, and all infections will be cured.
