The Paramour item makes it easier to increase Companion Affinity, and also enhances a player's Persuasion skill, making it easier to successfully convince NPCs in the persuasion minigame. On consuming Paramour, you will increase Companion Affinity more quickly and gain a 25% improved success chance at Persuasion for 10 minutes.
