Panacea effect in Starfield

The Panacea item combines the utility of all of the Affliction-curing items, and is used to treat brain injury, burns, concussion, contusions, dislocated limb, fractured limb, fractured skull, frostbite, heatstroke, hernia, hypothermia, infections, lacerations, lung damage, poisoning, puncture wounds, radiation poisoning, sprain, and torn muscle. On consuming Panacea, any of those types of affliction your character has suffered will be removed, but with a catch - all of your O2 will be drained in doing so.
