In Starfield, Neurostrikes is a skill in the Physical category. By levelling up this skill, players can learn how to stun and knock down enemies with their bare hands. As a Master-tier skill, players will need to invest 12 skill points in Physical skills before it can be unlocked. Later ranks are locked behind challenges.
Neurostrikes skill ranks

| Rank 1 | Players will have a 10% chance to stun enemies with an unarmed attack. | Stun 10 enemies with an unarmed attack. |
| Rank 2 | Unarmed attacks will now deal EM damage as well as regular physical damage. | Stun 30 enemies with an unarmed attack. |
| Rank 3 | Players will have a 20% chance to stun enemies with an unarmed attack. | Stun 75 enemies with an unarmed attack. |
| Rank 4 | Stunning an enemy will cause any other enemies in close range to be knocked down as well. | N/A |
