| Rank 1 | An increase of 25% affinity is gained for companions. | Sprint 1000 meters with an active follower. |
| Rank 2 | Companions gain 50 more health and acquire 50kg more carrying capacity. | Sprint 2,500 meters with an active follower |
| Rank 3 | When you're inflicted with low health, companions will heal you on occasion. | Sprint 5,000 meters with an active follower |
