In Starfield, Heavy Weapons Certification is a skill in the Combat category. By levelling up this skill, players will deal more damage with heavy weapons, like the minigun. As an Advanced-tier skill, players will need to invest 4 skill points in Combat skills before it can be unlocked. Later ranks are locked behind challenges.
