Background

To spread their teachings, the Enlightened have established various humanitarian and community outreach initiatives throughout the Settled Systems.
Joining the Enlightened
In-game, players have the option to affiliate themselves with the Enlightened. At the commencement of gameplay, during the Character Customization phase, players can select the "Raised Enlightened" Trait. Opting for this trait aligns the player with the Enlightened faction. This alignment prohibits the player from selecting traits related to other religions.
