In Starfield, Cellular Regeneration is a skill in the Physical category. By levelling up this skill, players will have a chance of recovering automatically from afflictions without needing to use medical items or seek out a doctor. As an Expert-tier skill, players will need to invest 8 skill points in Physical skills before it can be unlocked. Later ranks are locked behind challenges.
