The Alien Stew item is used to restore health and bolster your resistance to damage. On consuming Alien Stew, you will recover 20 health and will have +100 Damage Resistance for 12 minutes.
How to craft Alien Stew in Starfield
In order to craft Alien Stew, you will first need to complete the Exotic Recipes 2 research project, which in turn requires levelling up the Gastronomy skill. After that, you'll need the following resources:
- Nutrient x1
- Distilled Water x1
- Spice x1
- Aromatic x1
