Dead Space Remake side quest list

In total, Dead Space Remake introduces three new side quests. Rather than spanning a single chapter, they run parallel to the story with objectives that can only be ticked off as you open up more areas of the Ishimura. You can track each side quest objective as you would any story mission.

Scientific Methods – Dead Space Remake side quests

Scientific Methods begins during Chapter 2 when you visit the Medical Deck.

Objectives:

You Are Not Authorized – Dead Space Remake side quests

You Are Not Authorized starts after talking to Hammond in the Captain’s Nest and interacting with the console panel during Chapter 4 – Obliteration Imminent.

Objectives:

• Find Hangar Overseer Voelker’s RIG
• Find First Officer White’s RIG
• Find Lt. Commander Holt’s RIG
• Find Mining Supervisor Dallas’ RIG
• Find Chief Engineering Rousseau’s RIG
• Find Comms Officer Bailey’s RIG

• Create a Master Override

Premeditated Malpractice – Dead Space Remake side quests

Premeditated Malpractice kick starts after freezing the Hunter and picking up the tissue sample during Chapter 5 – Lethal Devotion.

Objectives:

• Scan The Tissue Sample
• Find Harris’ ICU Bed
• Investigate Ore Storage
• Find A Report On The Bridge
• Investigate Hydroponics

As a side note, we recommend completing all side quests before wrapping up Chapter 11 – Alternate Solutions. From then onward, you’ll no longer be able to complete the side quests, losing out on some of the game’s best optional content.
