Where to Get The Stasis Module?

Dead Space Remake Stasis

You’ll pick up the Stasis Module in Dead Space Remake during Chapter 1 – New Arrivals, and, specifically, during the Get the Tram Running objective. Progress through the running section until you reach the Tram Control Room and Isaac picks up the Plasma Cutter.

From there, follow the locator path from the Tram Control Room through the door at the back, down the ramp, and into the trench below. Take a right at the bottom of the ramp until you hear and see a door rapidly opening and closing on your left. On the floor just down from the door is the Stasis Module.

Stasis allows you to momentarily slow down enemies and other fast-moving objects, such as doors, to get through them unharmed. There are plenty of situations in Dead Space Remake where Stasis gives you a combat or exploration advantage.

Here’s how to use the Stasis on PC and consoles:

  • PS5 – Hold L2 and tap Triangle to use Stasis
  • PC – Aim using the right mouse click and tap C on your keyboard to use Stasis
  • Xbox – Hold LT and tap Y to use Stasis

Simply aim at the enemy or object you want to slow and tap the corresponding button.
