To open the sarcophagus in Alone in the Dark, you’ll need to enter the numbers 2-5-8 into the Talisman starting with the outer ring. You can get these numbers by first looking at the circular plate on the floor next to the sarcophagus. It shows three zodiac signs – Pisces, Gemini, and Virgo – arranged in three different-sized circles matching those on the talisman.

Bring up Perosi’s Journal in your inventory to see the zodiac sign cypher used for previous puzzles and figure out the number for each zodiac sign, as follows:

• Pisces – 2 – large disc
• Gemini – 5 – medium disc
• Virgo – 8 – small disc

Enter these numbers into the talisman, making sure they are on the right discs, to open the sarcophagus and find a way into the Sunken Temple.
