When did the M13 release in MW2?

The M13 released back in November, it was first initially released in a bundle but then was made available through DMZ, a mode which was released by Activision which has been described as an open world, narrative based mode.

M13 – How To Unlock In Warzone And MW2

By far the easiest way to get a hold of the M13 is by purchasing it through a store bundle, as Activision has announced that this is a possible unlock method. However, the store bundle for the M13 has not yet been released in MW2 and Warzone 2, leading players to look for other means. 

While the bundle is unavailable – and for players that would rather earn their unlocks in a different way – the M13 can be acquired through more specific means.  

In DMZ mode, head to the radiation zone (visible on the map as a yellow circle) as quickly as possible. Find the hazmat-suited Chemist enemy inside the radiation zone and quickly gun them down. Then pick up the M13 that they drop. Once you have the gun, move to an exfil as quickly as possible. 

If these steps are completed, you will have unlocked the M13 for use. Speed is crucial here, as the Chemist and their M13 will only spawn once per match, so only one player has a shot at taking the gun home at a time.
