The final week of the regular season came and went, which means it’s time for Madden 24 TOTW 18. It’s the last regular season set of Team of the Week, so it’s the last chance to get players being honored for their weekly performances. Here’s who we believe will be featured in this week’s lineup.
Madden 24 TOTW 18 cards
Offensive Player of the Week – 94 OVR
Nico Collins opened the game’s first offensive play for the Texans with a 75-yard touchdown. In a must-win game for Houston, he delivered all night, finishing with nine catches for 195 yards and that touchdown. The WR is a big reason this team even made the playoffs at all.
Defensive Player of the Week – 94 OVR
Two huge sacks from New York Jets defensive end Bryce Huff were enough to earn him the TOTW 18 Defensive Champion card. He carried the Jets in a great defensive effort to cap their season with a victory over the Patriots.
Limited Editions – 95 OVR
Puka Nacua used his final regular season outing to capture the rookie receiving yards record and rookie receptions record, one of which had stood for over 60 years. He gets a 95 OVR card and is joined by both Cameron Sutton, CB of the Lions, and Saints QB Derek Carr, who capped off his season with four touchdown passes.
Heroes – 91 OVR
Diontae Johnson, in a must-win game for the Pittsburgh Steelers, came away with four catches, 89 yards, and a touchdown in a game they ended up winning to get to the playoffs. On defense, Quay Walker recorded nine tackles and a sack for the Green Bay Packers.
High Elites – 87 OVR
Five tackles, a sack, and a stuff got Mark Robinson a TOTW card for the Steelers. The defender played very well. He’s joined by Ryan Tannehill. The Titans quarterback added two touchdowns to cap off his Week 18 performance.
Golds – 85 OVR
Desjaun Johnson, a Rams rookie, had a sack and a forced fumble in Week 18, so he gets a card. Deonte Harty of the Buffalo Bills joins him after a stellar day in Week 18 as well that included a game-winning punt return.
Zach’s Tips
This is the final Team of the Week set, and it’s full of good players. There are three Limited Edition players this week, so be sure to get them before they go away otherwise you’ll have to wait for a Redux set with them in it.
Madden 24 TOTW 18 release date
Madden 24 Team of the Week 18 will be released on Wednesday, January 17, 2024. There should be no more delays. It will officially be launched and live in-game at the release time of 1:30PM EST / 6:30PM BST. Before each TOTW release, Madden NFL 24 reveals the new players typically the morning of every Wednesday on their Good Morning Madden Twitch live stream at 10:30AM EST.
