* Indicates a new signing for the 2023/24 season

Taking over Newcastle United will be a fun FC 24 Career Mode save, with the money there to sign some of the top-rated players in the game in your first season! The squad isn’t world-class yet, but it does have some of the best young players around in key positions to take you to success. A midfield of Sandro Tonali and Bruno Guimaraes will also be one of the best in the league next season.

Sandro Tonali – 86 overall

New signing Sandro Tonali has hit the ground running, showing he is more than up for the fight in the English game. A box-to-box man that can do a bit of everything, the Newcastle United midfield looks brilliant in EA FC 24 with him and Guimaraes. Likely to be an early Ultimate Team favourite, the Italian is also one of the best young CDMs in the game.

Kieran Trippier – 85 overall

Eddie Howe’s first signing has shown his worth, captaining the side impressively. A set-piece specialist, Kieran Trippier may be aging, but he’s doing it like a fine wine! Unfortunately, although he fares well in the player ratings, he isn’t the most meta RB.

Bruno Guimaraes – 84 overall

Bruno Guimaraes is a classy and solid performer in the heart of the Newcastle midfield. He is one of a few Newcastle United players who is ideal to take the club to the next level, developing over the following seasons with the ambitions of the owners. The Brazilian will be a popular figure in the new game.

Nick Pope – 84 overall

Giant stopper Nick Pope will be hoping to make the England starting XI when the Euros roll around next summer. FC 24 sees a big upgrade for Pope after a stellar season between the sticks. With Champions League football this season, the sky is the limit for Pope.

Sven Botman – 83 overall

One of the best young CBs in FC 24, Newcastle United did well to recruit Sven Botman. A no-nonsense defender who is also capable with the ball at his feet, he is another who you will want to keep in the squad for years to come.

Not sure what to expect from FC 24? With FIFA 24 a no-show, EA’s new FC 24 will feature all your favourite game modes, licences, leagues, and stadiums. The game will also include a redeveloped crossplay system that includes FC 24 Clubs, making sure you don’t miss a single match with your mates regardless of their platform.
