How to get Eternal Wakestone in Dragon’s Dogma 2

The Dragon’s Dogma 2 Eternal Wakestone performs the same reviving function as a standard Wakestone, except that it revives everyone nearby instantly rather than a single person. This cancels out the need to seek out Wakestone Shards and the Charnel House, safe in the knowledge that if the worst does happen, you’ll always have the option to resurrect your Arisen or dead NPCs.

Where to find the Eternal Wakestone in Dragon’s Dogma 2

To get the Eternal Wakestone in Dragon’s Dogma 2, you’ll need to complete all the Sphinx riddles then defeat the Sphinx to obtain the Key of Sagacity. The key opens a chest located behind her in the Frontier Shrine, which contains the item.

Anyone that has encountered the Sphinx knows this is easier said than done. The Sphinx coughs up a total of 10 riddles for you to solve, ranging from the obvious to the downright frustrating. But, if you’ve gotten that far, here’s how to quickly defeat her.

Switch your vocation to Archer and attack the Sphinx with any standard weapon attack to aggro her. After that, shoot the Sphinx with the Unmaking Arrow obtained for solving the Riddle of Recollection to defeat her in a single hit. Once defeated, the Sphinx drops the Key of Sagacity and 10,000 gold.
