Similar to most other gacha experiences, there are a lot of leaks for Wuthering Waves on an almost weekly basis. Some of the most exciting leaks include playable characters for the future, but there are a myriad of others such as gameplay changes and new locations. There are also details about outfits, and a recent Wuthering Waves leak has revealed “peak” new skins said to be similar to Genshin Impact.
Right now we are in the early stages of 1.3 The Shorekeeper is available to pull right now, meanwhile, Youhu will become available on October 24th. We have Camellya and Lumi coming out in 1.4, and leaks have revealed details about a new “gothic” playable character for 2.0.
In addition to a new character said to “be a bit gothic,” leaks have revealed a new skin is on the way for Jinshi in Wuthering Waves update 2.0.
Wuthering Waves leak reveals new skins
The renowned StepLeaker on Telegram has revealed details about two new skins coming to Wuthering Waves. This comes courtesy of Reddit user Thhaki on the WutheringWavesLeaks subreddit.
One of the skins is for Sanhua. Not too much has been revealed about this costume, but she reportedly has a “(kitsune) mask on her head similar to Yomiya’s (Genshin)”. A visual sneak peek has been shared on Telegram by leaker StepHaven, and it has been shared to Reddit by OP Ofanaht.
In addition to the above for Sanuha, there’s said to be a skin on the way for Jinshi. This is “confirmed” for update 2.0, which means it could arrive in either January or February depending on if it’s a phase 1 or 2 addition.
According to StepLeaker, this skin has a light pink dress with some “redish colors” and white. In addition, the skin transforms her attack effects into pink and white, and “Pink flowers are present on the skin and in attack effects”.
A lot of people are especially excited for the Jinshi skin with many comments calling it “peak” and “pinkshi”. Unfortunately, there’s no sneak peek like Sanuha, but it sounds pretty from the description.
