The Tears of the Kingdom Mogawak Shrine makes good on its subtitle as The Power of Water trial. When we talk about the power of water in this The Legend of Zelda TotK Shrine, we really mean power.

Drop in from the nearby Tears of the Kingdom Skyview Tower and get your Tears of the Kingdom Ultrahand ready, because we’re going to go through the Tears of the Kingdom Mogawak Shrine step-by-step.

Mogawak Shrine walkthrough

When you enter the Tears of the Kingdom Mogawak Shrine, you’ll see a platform in front of you with a fan underneath it. Next to it, there’s a Zonai Battery. Pick it up with Ultrahand and head to the right, and place it on a small pedestal next to the wall. Ahead of you, you’ll see a water spout and half a makeshift fan. Pick up the second fan ‘blade’ from the water underneath and attach it to the fan. Turn the fan so that the water starts turning it, which will charge the battery.

Take the fully charged battery to the opposite side of the room and place it on the pedestal here. In the water are two metal balls. Use Ultrahand to move them close enough together to connect the electrical charge, opening the door. Remove the battery and swim across to find a treasure chest containing a Magic Scepter.

Return to the fan and charge up your battery again, and now head to the platform in the centre of the room. Climb onto the platform, and place the battery on the pedestal you find next to it. This will start the fan, and push the platform up. Jump off at the top and interact with the Shrine to receive a Light of Blessing.
