Where to Find All Family Crest Artifacts in God of War Ragnarok

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the location of all six artifacts needed to complete Family Crest collection in God of War Ragnarok.

Unlike some other lore collectibles in the game, the crests are limited exclusively to the realm Vanaheim, which does make things a tad simpler. Vanaheim is still an expansive realm with many twists, turns, and secrets, but limiting where you need to search does make the task easier.

The crests appear on the ground just the same as other collectibles and items in God of War Ragnarok, emitting a distinctive purple shimmer that climbs vertically above them. Simply walk up and interact with any of the crests to pick it up. After collecting a Family Crest, you can sell it to Brok and Sindri for a tidy profit.

God of War Ragnarok Family Crest Locations

Skirnir’s Crest

• Location: Freyr’s Camp, Vanaheim

The Skirnir’s Crest can be found to the right of the Freyr’s Camp mystic gateway in Vanaheim. If you haven’t unlock the gateway yet, push forward with the story a little more to unlock it. It’s just south of Freyr’s Camp proper.

Odin’s Crest

• Location: River Delta, Vanaheim

Take the boat left from the Freyr’s Camp mystic portal. Follow the river until you reach the River Delta area. Paddle under the towering tree dominating the center of the area just south of Pilgrim’s Landing. Take a left and have Kratos dock at the beach. On the left is the Odin’s Crest artifact, part of the God of War Ragnarok Family Crests collection.

Freya’s Crest

• Location: River Delta, Vanaheim

Head to the River Delta mystic gateway. Immediately behind the mystic gateway and to the Left of Lunda and her shop is the Freya’s Crest artifact, part of the God of War Ragnarok Family Crests collection.

Hoenir’s Crest

• Location: Noatun’s Garden, River Delta, Vanaheim

Dock at the Noatun’s Garden beach. Head to the back of the area to a ruin where you have to interact with a mirror to access. On the right of the ruin is the Hoenir’s Crest artifact, part of the God of War Ragnarok Family Crest collection, on the floor next to a wall you can climb.

Kvasir’s Crest

• Location: The Veiled Passage

Dock at the northernmost beach in The Veiled Passage just south of the Cliffside Ruins. Climb up the ledge on the left and follow the path up. About halfway up, there’s a wooden barricade overlooking the river with a dart-shooting flower above. Behind it is the Kvasir’s Crest artefact, part of the God of War Ragnarok Family Crest collection.

Hylli’s Crest

• Location: Vanir Shrine, River Delta, Vanaheim

Enter the Vanir Shrine and get across the bridge ahead. Enter the ruins, then go through the archway at the back of the area. Ahead is the Hylli’s Crest artifact, part of the God of War Ragnarok Family Crest collection.
