God of War Ragnarok Treasure Map Locations

In this guide, we’ll walk you through finding and solving all 10 Treasure Maps in God of War Ragnarok. The maps and the treasures themselves are scattered across the nine realms, so expect a bit of work to find them all. Rewards for finding the treasure include upgrade materials, including dwarven steel, honed metal, stonewood, luminous alloy, Asgardian ingot, shattered rune, and petrified bone to name a few.

At this point, it’s worth noting that some of the treasure maps involve later game areas. If you’ve yet to complete God of War Ragnarok’s story, you may want to bookmark this page and pop back at a later date to avoid spoilers.

Vulture’s Gold Treasure Map Location & Solution – God of War Ragnarok

The Vulture’s Gold Treasure Map is found to the right of Sindri’s shop near The Canyons mystic gateway in Alfheim.

Go to the skull of the large carcass in the north-east of The Barrens. Climb the short ledge to find the buried treasure for the Vulture’s Gold Treasure on your left.

Under The Rainbow Treasure Map Location & Solution

The Under The Rainbow Treasure map is found in Noatun’s Garden in Vanaheim. From the dock, look left to see a Legendary chest inside a closed building. The Treasure Map is to the right of the entrance gate.

Go to Goddess Falls, and climb up until you reach the waterfalls. The treasure – the Nilfheim’s Virtue amulet enchantment – is located on the right, near the cliff’s edge.

The Giant’s Toes Treasure Map Location & Solution – God of War Ragnarok

Go to the Vanir Shrine in Vanaheim. The Giant’s Toes Treasure Map can be found by going right from the entrance. Look for the Lore Marker, then look right. It’s sitting on the floor.

The treasure itself is located behind the River Delta mystic gateway. Look for the pulsing glow on the ground. Picking it up gives you the Vanaheim’s Power amulet enchantment.

Forgotten Tower Treasure Map Location & Solution

The Forgotten Tower Treasure Map is located on the upper floor of the Elven Sanctum in the Forbidden Sands in Alfheim.

The Forgotten Tower treasure is located in the north of the Forbidden Sands, in the same place you fought the Gravel Belly. It’s on the left of the arena. Picking it up gives you supplies, XP, and the Alfheim’s Virtue amulet enchantment.

Viking’s Gift Treasure Map Location & Solution – God of War Ragnarok

The Viking’s Gift Treasure map is found on the floor towards the back of the Raider Fort camp in the east of the Lake of Nine.

The treasure is found just outside the Raider Hideout in the east of the Lake of Nine. The path leading to it is sandwiched between where the bridge from Tyr’s Temple connects with the mainland and the ramp leading up to King’s Grave. Pick up the treasure to get the Midgard’s Justice amulet enchantment.

Fruits of Industry Treasure Map Location & Solution

The Fruits of Industry Treasure Map is found in Alberich Hollow in Svartalfheim. It’s at the end of the path that runs through the Hollow, near the shore. Just right of the chain leading down to the beach is a wooden balcony next to a tree. The map is at the foot of the tree.

The treasure is hidden in Modvitnir’s Rig in the Bay of Bounty, Svartalfheim, on the right after climbing the first ledge after docking. Picking up the treasure gives you the Svartalfheim’s Lifeblood amulet enchantment.

Washed Ashore Treasure Map Location & Solution – God of War Ragnarok

The Washed Ashore Treasure Map is found in Alberich Island in the Bay of Bounty, Svartalfheim. Grapple across to the island and look left as you land to find a glowing mound below a gear attached to the waterwheel machinery.

The treasure is in Dragon Beach in the Bay of Bounty, Svartalfheim. Go to the huge carcass on the right of the beach. Just next to the creature’s claw is the treasure – supplies and the Jotunheim’s Virtue amulet enchantment.

Mining Glory Treasure Map Location & Solution

After forging the Draupnir Spear, go to the north easternmost part of Nidavellir to a town square with a large fire pit in the center. Spear the wind notch at the back of the area. Climb up and grab the Mining Glory Treasure Map.

The treasure itself is found in The Applecore. Head into the mines until you reach the tower with the circular path running down it. Get as far down in the tower as you can and look for a gap you can jump over to vault the log flume-like track. The treasure – supplies and the Muspeheim’s Blessing amulet enchantment – is on the ground just before the gap.

Demise of Dagestr Treasure Map Location & Solution – God of War Ragnarok

The Demise of Dagestr is found in The Apple Core, Svartalfheim. From The Applecore Descent mystic gateway, head down into the mines, following the path until it opens up into a circle. To find the treasure, go to the wind notch next to the building immediately left of the Lake of Nine mystic gateway. Spear and detonate the wind notch, then head forward to find the treasure below the dragon carcass.

A Scar is Born Treasure Map Location & Solution

The A Scar is Born treasure map is found on the small island in the middle of The Plains waterway in The Crater region of Vanaheim. You’ll need to have complete the Return of the River favor and released the waters in The Jungle to access it.

The A Scar is Born treasure is in the east of The Plains in the ruins you pass through before taking the zip-line down into The Sinkholes. Grab the treasure to get supplies and the Asgard’s Justice amulet enchantment.
