EA FC 24 Highest Potential – Career Mode stars with the best future ratings

The current best players in the world won’t be around forever. So it’s important to search for future top players to sign. With that in mind, we’re looking at the players with the highest potential in FC 24 Career Mode. 

We’re well past the FC 24 release date now, which means we’ve sunk plenty of hours into FC 24 Career Mode! Check out the players with the highest potential ratings in FC 24 below.

Clearly, Real Madrid is the side to look to if you’re after players with the highest potential in FC 24! They have four players in their ranks who can reach a 91+ OVR and become Galacticos legends. 

Barcelona, Napoli, and Manchester City all have two players each. Both Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Victor Osimhen gained huge upgrades going into FC 24, which raised their potential ratings too. Although City have two players on the list, one of them is Kevin De Bruyne, who is already at his peak rating of 91 OVR. 

Interestingly, there are no FC 24 wonderkids on the list, such as Barca’s Gavi or Borussia Dortmund’s Youssoufa Moukoko. Instead, it is dominated by the best young players in FC 24, showing that the current crop of youngsters has the edge over those coming up behind them.

There is also no GK, LB, CB, RB, or CDM on the list, showing that attackers are the future of EA Sports FC! With the best of the best coming in attacking positions, that will only create more exciting matches in the future.

Erling Haaland – 94 Potential 

One of the joint best-rated players in FC 24 also has the joint best-rated potential rating. Erling Haaland is a goalscoring machine, with the Man City marksman striking fear into defences wherever he goes. There doesn’t seem to be the same rivalry between him and the next man on the list, however, fans still see them as the next Messi and Ronaldo! 

Kylian Mbappe – 94 Potential 

He is the joint best-rated player in FC 24, the fastest player, one of the best dribblers and best shooters, has five-star skills, and the joint highest potential rating! Kylian Mbappe is the King of Paris and of FC 24. There isn’t much else to say about one of the world’s best strikers and his talent, so we’ll move on! 

Vinicius Jr – 94 Potential 

In a three-way tie at the top of the best potential ratings in FC 24, we have brilliant Brazilian Vinicius Jr. He is one of many Madrid players who can turn their current team into even more of a behemoth than it already is. Like Mbappe, he has plenty of pace and some of the best dribbling stats in the game. This makes him one of, if not the, best wingers in the game!

Jamal Musiala – 93 Potential 

England’s loss is Germany’s gain, and it will always be painful seeing a player who could be representing your own nation playing for another. Jamal Musiala is a truly special player, one of a few sensational German CAMs. His dribbling ability is highlighted by having the Technical PlayStyle+ awarded to him, which takes him to another level. 

Federico Valverde – 92 Potential  

Back to Madrid, with Federico Valverde one of the best meta players in FC 24. He gained a hefty upgrade in the latest game, and in FC 24 Ultimate Team has a base card who is part of the Gullit Gang, showcasing what a great all-rounder he is. The Los Blancos midfield is scary, with him and Jude Bellingham two of the best box-to-box players in the game.
