As one of the biggest clubs in the world, Barcelona will be a go-to FC 24 Career Mode save. Not only does the squad contain some of the highest-rated players in the game, but it also has some of the best young players and wonderkids! Due to the ongoing financial difficulties, the team has decided to transfer many players. This means you will have to do without (among others) Ousmane Dembele, Antoine Griezmann, Franck Kessie, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba!

Robert Lewandowski – 91 overall

Robert Lewandowski continued to find the net with ease after making the move from Bayern Munich to Barcelona and will remain their best-rated player in FC 24. The Pole will also be in the 90s Club, making him one of the elite players in the game.

Marc-Andre ter Stegen – 89 overall

An upgrade is surely on the way for Marc-Andre ter Stegen, who kept a staggering 26 clean sheets in the league, while also boasting the best save percentage. We don’t think he will regain his 90 OVR seen in FIFA 20 through to FIFA 22, but an 89 overall is more than deserved.

Frenkie de Jong – 87 overall

There has been plenty of interest in taking Frenkie de Jong away from Barcelona, but he will still be with the club at the start of FC 24. A silky operator in midfield, he has the ability to do everything between the boxes.

Ilkay Gundogan – 86 overall

Barca have signed a real gem in Ilkay Gundogan – and for free! After winning a historic treble with Manchester City, the German called his time with the club, switching Manchester for a sunnier climb.

Pedri – 85 overall

The Barcelona and Spain midfield looks to be in good hands for another decade, with Pedri already a key player for both. He is one of the best young players in the game and can develop into one of the best around!

EA Sports FC 24 Barcelona ratings leaks

The leaks don’t show any sign of slowing down for FC 24, with player ratings already making their way around on socials. Reliable source @Fut_scoreboard has shown off the top 50 player ratings, as well as specific club and country ones, on X (formerly Twitter). Some very interesting decisions have been made, with Barcelona included in a club reveal.

Robert Lewandowski and Ansu Fati have both been given a -1 downgrade, with the Pole no longer one of the joint best-rated players in the game. Despite not being a Barca player at the time of writing, they have included Joao Cancelo in the squad, giving him an 86 OVR with a -2 hit. Frenkie de Jong and Ferran Torres retain their overalls from FIFA 23, but the other nine players revealed have all been upgraded!

It’s +1 for Marc-Andre ter Stegen (89 OVR), Pedri (86 OVR), Ilkay Gundogan (86 OVR), Jules Kounde (85 OVR), Andreas Christensen (83 OVR), and Raphinha (83 OVR). Gavi (83 OVR) claims a +4, and Alejandro Balde (OVR 81) +13! However, Ronald Araujo jumping from 83 OVR to 86 OVR is the headline stealer.

Not sure what to expect from FC 24? It may have a new name after EA split with FIFA, but it will still be the same game we’ve played over the last decades. The Ultimate Team and Clubs (formerly Pro Clubs) game modes will once again feature. The loss of the FIFA name doesn’t mean the loss of many licences. Authentic leagues, stadiums, and competitions will still be there!
