There is also this note made by the company: ‘If you have subscribed at any point, you are free to use your images in just about any way you want.’ They go on to say, however, that ‘If you are a company making more than $1,000,000 USD in gross revenue per year, you must purchase the Pro plan.’ Users can also earn free hours by rating images.
Subscribing not only gives you access to the AI and its capabilities, but also allows you to create an image in ‘Stealth Mode’. This means that only you will be able to see the image, rather than it sharing to the wider Midjourney community as is the default for all images created by the generative AI.
