The system requirements for XDefiant should interest you now that the game is so close. Ubisoft’s Call of Duty competitor has seen some very successful early access periods, alongside beta tests, and the game is gearing up for its eventual launch. It’s It’s surprisingly quite lightweight to run, with the lowest graphics settings encouraging system requirements that allow the oldest and cheapest gaming rigs to run the game.
XDefiant system requirements on PC
There are two variations of system requirements laid out by Ubisoft, with both of them sporting accessible and affordable hardware.
Minimum system requirements: 1080p, 60FPS, Low Graphics Settings

Recommended system requirements: 1080p, 60FPS, High Graphics Settings

Most competitive shooter players will have gaming PCs that far surpass these specs, though I’m aware that not all will. I still use a AMD Ryzen 5 2600 in my computer at home, only a generation away from being shunted to the minimum system requirements. If you do end up playing with hardware as old as this, then you might instead consider a hardware upgrade suited to the game.
It’s CPU intensive
As is the case with a lot of Ubisoft games, there’s going to be a substantial load on your CPU. If you’re really struggling for performance there, consider either a processor upgrade or look to overclocking instead.
Can your PC run XDefiant?
The system requirements for XDefiant ask for an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 or Intel i7-4790K, both of which are over a decade old. The chances of most people having a processor older than this is slim, and so is the likelihood of you not being able to run XDefiant.
Despite the fact that XDefiant is a CPU intensive game, the real issue will lie with the graphics card. You’re going to need at least 4-8GB to run the game, which is a very varied range of hardware capability. If you’re using a current-generation GPU, that won’t be an issue, though anyone still running low-spec 10-series Nvidia graphics cards will likely have their work cut out for them.
