All Wuthering Waves update 1.2 banner characters and weapons revealed

Wuthering Waves update 1.2 is just over the horizon. Fans have been eagerly anticipating this chapter ever since it was announced it would see the debut of Zhezhi and Xiangli Yao as playable heroes. They will be accompanied by a trio of 4-stars protagonists, and Kuro has just confirmed all of the Wuthering Waves update 1.2 banner characters and weapons.

There is a lot to look forward to for the future of WuWa. The game is confirmed to be coming to PS5 sometime in the future, and Kuro has confirmed two new playable heroines for update 1.3. One of the new faces is Youhu, meanwhile, the other is The Shorekeeper. While Youhu and The Shorekeeper are both anticipated, some unfortunate news is that rumors suggest Camellya might not arrive until after 2.0.

While the above are faces to keep an eye on for the future, this week we are set to get the release of update 1.2. Kuro has just confirmed all of the banner characters, and there are some great upcoming pulls for the Wuthering Waves community.

Below are all of the phase 1 and 2 banner characters confirmed for Wuthering Waves update 1.2 in Kuro’s event overview:

Phase 1 – August 15th/16th to September 7th:

• Zhezhi – 5-stars
  • Chixia – 4-stars
  • Baizhi – 4-stars
  • Sanhua – 4-stars

Phase 2 – September 7th to September 28th:

• Xiangli Yao – 5-stars
  • Danjin – 4-stars
  • Aalto – 4-stars
  • Yuanwu – 4-stars

Leaks have shown buffs and nerfs for Zhezhi and Xiangli Yao before their release, and leaks have also shown unseen “beautiful” gameplay animations.
