To get Conductive Metallic Foil you need to find and open Encrypted Vaults in the Vespers region in The First Descendant. To do that, make sure to bring enough Code Analyzers to beat the unlocking mini-game.
The vaults spawn randomly in several predetermined locations within the region. Look for blue holograms on the ground and then stand on top of them. From there, activate your Ecive scanner and listen. It will emit a higher-pitched tone if you are facing the correct direction. If you hear a low-pitch tone, then you’re not facing the right way. Turn around and use the sound cues to go the right way.
