How do you make a Tears of the Kingdom raft?

To make a raft in Tears of the Kingdom, you’ll want to stick together at least three logs horizontally using the Ultrahand ability. From there, you can attach fans or a sail to the logs so it can be propelled forward.

You’ll need at least three logs to help the raft keep balance. Any fewer, and you’ll find it toppling over either to the left or right depending on wind direction. If you want to create a raft with fans in Tears of the Kingdom, the best way to go about it is to make sure the middle log is sticking out further forward than the other two. From there, you’ll want to stick a fan on the back end of the left and right logs. To get the fans to blow, you just need to give them a whack with any melee weapon and they’ll start up, propelling Link and the raft forwards.

To make a raft with a sail in Tears of the Kingdom, you’ll need to change up your strategy slightly. You’ll want to simply attach all three logs so that they’re aligned perfectly, take the sail, and stick it at the front end of the middle log. The downside to this is that without the fans, you’ll need to rely on catching the wind to get pushed forward.
