Resident Evil 4 Remake Quarry – Medallions And Maps
First and foremost, you’ll have a much easy time tracking down the medallions if you purchase a treasure map from the merchant. Not only will this show the location of all treasures within a specific area, but it will also show the general areas blue medallions are located too. For only a single spinel, this is one of the most worthwhile purchases you can make.

Medallion Locations: Quarry And Fish Farm
The first blue medallion can be located early in the Quarry area. Aim up and forward in the first large open area dotted with crows to find the medallion hanging in a high spot.

The second medallion can be found immediately after leaving the merchant’s dock. Walk past the observation point for the castle and lake, the medallion is under the walkway below.

The third medallion is hanging in a shack in the center of the fish farm, shortly after the bridge under Leon collapses.

The fourth blue medallion is shortly ahead of the third, in a gap between two levels of the wooden structure.

The fifth and final medallion can be found by heading under the fish farm bridge, then turning directly away from the chest containing Hexagon Piece B.

Final Thoughts
The Quarry and Fish Farm blue medallions in Resident Evil 4 Remake are definitely more spread out than those at the farm. Getting the treasure map will help significantly, as they aren’t always in plain view and can be easily missed.
