Resident Evil 4 Remake – Farm Medallions
The first blue medallion at the farm in Resident Evil 4 can be located as soon as you enter the area. It’s at the back of the first building containing the typewriter.
From the first medallion, proceed forward and hop the fence, taking out the villager as necessary. Turn and aim inside the barn stalls to find the second medallion.
Head left from the main barn and into the smaller barn next to the small windmill. The medallion will be located between the rafters.
The fourth medallion can be found by heading towards the gate, turning around and aiming up. You’ll be able to spot the medallion on the upper level of the building behind.
The final farm medallion is hanging directly behind the area’s Wayshrine.
