For now, let’s take a look at how to get the World’s Edge in Remnant 2, as well as what makes it so good.

How do you get the World’s Edge in Remnant 2?

To get the World’s Edge in Remnant 2, you must defeat the final boss, Annihilation, on Apocalypse difficulty. This will make the weapon available in Brabus’s shop in Ward 13. The final boss of Remnant 2 is a difficult challenge even on the lowest difficulty, but beating them on apocalypse is another question entirely.

Because of the way that Remnant 2 campaigns work, this means you’ll have to reroll your adventure, beginning a brand new campaign and playing through the entire game on Apocalypse difficulty. This means all mobs and bosses have much higher HP, and deal much higher damage.

Additionally, the Apocalypse difficulty is not even available unless you’ve already beaten the game on Nightmare difficulty. Naturally, if you were able to complete Nightmare difficulty, then the step up to Apocalypse may not be so daunting, but it certainly makes the World’s Edge available to only the most skilled and dedicated Remnant 2 players.

What makes the World’s Edge a good weapon?

The World’s Edge is a melee weapon, and immediately you’ll notice that it comes with a hefty 85% stagger modifier. This means it’s capable of hitting enemies hard and staggering them far more easily. This makes it a great option to take down certain troublesome enemies, especially if you’re looking to save some ammo.

Where it shines, though, is its Horizon Strike weapon mod. Horizon Strike makes your charge attacks release a wide, horizontal projectile which penetrates enemies. In later difficulties when you can easily be overwhelmed by large groups of enemies with high health pools, this charge attack can be a lifesaver, damaging and staggering them before they can get close.
