To redeem your mystery gift, follow our simple steps – which can also be found on the official Nintendo website. You’ll need to get to the first Pokemon Center, to redeem codes, so press on with the game if you haven’t reached one quite yet.
- Make sure your Nintendo Switch is connected to the internet (You don’t need a Nintendo Switch Online membership to redeem gifts)
- Open the in-game menu by pressing X on your switch console
- Select Poke Portal
- Then press Mystery Gift
- Select Get Code/Password and connect to the internet
- Then input the mystery code to redeem your mystery gift
- Once the mystery gift is delivered, the game will automatically save
