Trying to get cement in Palworld? If you’re late into Pocketpair’s Pokemon-like survival RPG, you’ll probably have run into a lot of tricky to get building materials. Cement is a great example, being crucial for a few different things as your bases continue to expand.
Here then is how to get cement in Palworld, as well as what it’s used for, and our suggestions on the best ways to farm it. If you’re after other elusive items like High-Quality Pal Oil, Tomato Seeds, or High-Quality Cloth, we’ve got you covered.
Where can you get cement from in Palworld?
Cement is a composite material made from the following three ingredients at a High Quality Workbench.
- 50 stone
- 1 bone
- 1 pal fluids
This recipe will produce 10 cement. As long as you have three good sources for each of these, producing large quantities of cement is as simple as setting up a good handiwork pal with a production order at a workbench. You can unlock cement in the technology tree at level 19. Though you won’t encounter anything that requires the material until level 24.
What is cement in Palworld?
Cement is a crafted composite material used in the construction of mid-game and late-game structures and building components. This includes some slightly more decorative items like the flower bed, as well as really important ones like the production assembly line and the improved furnace. If you’re planning to expand your base to an industrial scale, you’re going to need a lot of cement. While it’s easy to craft, knowing how to effectively farm its components will make things a lot easier.
How to farm cement effectively in Palworld
To farm cement, you’ll need to farm each of its three base materials effectively.
Stone is the easiest of these. Just set up a stone pit at your base, and assign some of the best mining pals to work on it. This is an infinite source of stone, and they can happily produce hundreds or event thousands of stone at a record pace.
Next are pal fluids. These are more difficult to get as they only drop from mobs. To get large quantities of pal fluids, we’d recommend defeating or capturing lots of early game water type pals – which are the only type that drop the material. Fuacks and Pengullets are two excellent early-game sources, and they can be found abundantly around lakes, rivers, and shorelines. Kelpsea pals are another decent source as well.
Lastly, you’ll need to farm bones. Again they’re a pal drop, so you’re going to want to go after pals which drop a lot of them consistently. A good choice are Goriat pals. They can be found commonly on the large island north of the starting archipelagos. Try heading to the Snowy Mountain Fork fast travel waypoint, and you’ll likely have no problem finding large groups of them. Direhowl pals are also a decent early game source of bones.
