The best shooting guard in NBA 2K24 is that of Devin Booker, who will bare a 94 overall rating at launch. In NBA 2K23, Booker, who was also the cover athlete, was the best shooting guard and a member of the 90 Club, baring a 91 overall at launch.

That said, we do have a new 90 overall in the Top 10 Shooting Guard list for NBA 2K24, and his name is Donovan Mitchell. That’s right! The star shooting guard himself had a season to remember, scoring a career high 28 points per game that led him to be selected for his fourth straight All Star Game appearance and the All-NBA Second Team.

Right behind him are some of the best shooting guards in Brown, George, and Edwards, consisting of a selection that could possibly pass Mitchell as the regular season kicks off later in the year.

With that said, here’s a look at some of the Top 10 shooting guards in NBA 2K24.

Devin Booker – 94 overall

In all fairness, it shouldn’t be that surprising that Booker is a 94 overall this year in NBA 2K24, and impressively enough, hit new career highs last season to warrant that honor. What makes it a bit surprising, however, is that Booker’s production was accomplished on a career low 53 games played, and believe it or not, Booker wasn’t even named an All Star last season. To add to it, Durant and Beal are now in his company and there’s no Chris Paul to run the offense as the lead passer. With that being said, Booker did score a career high 27.8 points per game while averaging 5.5 assists and 4.5 rebounds. Considering his new role, Booker’s playmaking talent could reach new heights, and his 94 overall rating is a fair one from NBA 2K24.

Donovan Mitchell – 92 overall

Despite being on a brand new team and a completely different system, Mitchell still found a way thrive and dominate in the process, scoring a whopping 28 points per game. At age 26, Mitchell is officially in his prime, and has proven that the sky is the limit. It would come to no surprise if he took things a step further this season, and scored an average of 30 points on a nightly basis. The Cavs have a strong support structure, particularly with the likes of Darius Garland and Evan Mobley. But Mitchell is the best player on the team, and right now, simply one of the best shooting guards in the NBA.

Jaylen Brown – 89 overall

Considering Brown is simply the most well-rounded shooting guard, and that means not only as a scorer inside and out but also as a defender, some might feel he should be in the 90 Club this year, and understandable so following the year he had for the Celtics. Keep in mind that the Celtics made a trip to the NBA Finals in 2022 before returning back to the Eastern Conference Finals in 2023. And though there’s many reasons why they’ve had so much success, you cannot ignore the role Brown has played, particularly last season. Though we thought Brown was going to break through the 90 overall threshold this year in NBA 2K24, he fell just a point short, something that will likely change come the regular season.

Anthony Edwards – 88 overall

Ant Man was electric last season and proved to everyone how good he can be. After dropping a career highs in points per game (24.6), rebounds (5.8), assists (4.4), and steals (1.6), the 21-year-old Edwards received a max-contract extension that is worth $260 million over the next five years. Yes, he was an 86 overall at launch last season, but this new Anthony Edwards is still that much better, and deserves his 88 overall in NBA 2K24. Should you need anymore convincing, be sure to take a look at some of his key performances he has delivered for Team USA over the FIBA World Cup, which will remind you just how talent he truly is.
