If you have, you may also be itching to share all of the tidbits and easter eggs you’ve discovered throughout the game. However, if you’re having trouble doing so, you’re in luck because we’re here to show you what you need to do to game share in MW3. Before we dive in, you’ll be happy to know that MW3 Season 2 start date is around the corner and it’ll come with new contents and challenges.
Yes, you can game share MW3 on all platforms, including Xbox, PlayStation, and PC. Keep in mind, though, that for consoles, you’ll only be able to share your games with one person, so choose carefully when deciding who gets to access your catalog.
- Log out of your PSN account by pressing the rightmost icon on the upper right side of the PS5 home page.
- Then, sign into PSN using the account of the person you want to game share with instead.
- Head to the Settings menu by clicking the Gear icon on the upper right side.
- Select Users and Accounts.
- Press the Other category.
- Choose Console Sharing and Offline Play, and make sure it’s enabled.
- Your friend will then have to do the same process using your PSN account on their PS5.
- Once Console Sharing and Offline Play is enabled for both devices and accounts, you can start sharing games and playing to your heart’s content!
Keep in mind that you can only game share with one person at a time, so choose wisely. If, for some reason, you want to stop game sharing with another person, however, all you’ll need to do is disable Console Sharing and Offline Play through the Settings menu.

- Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the menu.
- Navigate to the Profile & System category.
- Press the Add or Switch option.
- Select the Add new option on the menu that pops up.
- Sign in using your friend’s account details. Alternatively, your friend can sign in to their console using your account details if you want to share your library.
- Once you’ve entered the correct details, head back to the Profile & system category and switch over to your friend’s (or have your friend switch over to your) account.
- Once you’ve switched accounts, navigate to the Profile & System category again and choose Settings this time.
- Press General from the left side menu, then press Personalization.
- Scroll down and select My home Xbox.
- Press “Make this my home Xbox,” after which you (or your friend) can access your subscriptions and library of games.
