During Gamescom Opening Night Live 2023, host Geoff Keighley along with representatives from Sledgehammer Games announced the pre-release periods for MW3 as well. The company will be holding an Open Beta across two consecutive weekends before the global launch, with the exact date currently slated for October 6, 2023.

One of the most exciting features in the game is the new Zombies Mode in Modern Warfare 3 which Activision has teased will provide players with an open world experience. In fact, the Call of Duty publisher says it’ll be the “largest zombies offering to date.”

Despite Activision’s big MW3 reveal, there’s still quite a number of things we don’t know until we get our hands on the game’s beta in the coming weeks. For now, we know that you can team up with other squads to battle hordes of zombies on November 10.
We also know that previous games of the past five years offer some form of beta for players who pre-order the game. They conducted the previous betas between August and September, granting PlayStation users a one-week early access advantage due to their pre-existing partnership with Activision.
So there you have it, MW3 is just a few weeks away. Things are heating up in MW2 and if you some help, check out how to get the dog in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone.
