Is The Thaumaturge cross platform?
At the time of writing, there is no cross platform support for The Thaumaturge. The Thaumaturge is initially only releasing on PC, and as such, you can’t even play the game on other platforms at all, never mind play your save across platforms. But if you were hoping for crossplay for The Thaumaturge, it may not be the end of the world.
The Thaumaturge is confirmed to be releasing on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S later on in the year, though no set date has been announced. As such, once the console ports of the game are out, there is every chance that cross platform support is added alongside them, letting players go through the game on any platforms they want.
That being said, we think it’s unlikely that the game will receive cross platform support, at least in the initial stages of the console release. With the team at developer Fool’s Theory working hard on getting the ports complete, it’s fairly unlikely that they will be dedicating much, if any time towards developing crossplay support before they know how in-demand it is.
